When comparing to the growth of some locations in and around Noida, I would say that some other locations value appreciations have fallen. For instance; when Noida Extension rose as a good residential destination, the value appreciation in Greater Noida fell. Though this was a slight fall and the value appreciation was better in comparison to other areas, still it could not match up to that of Noida Extension.
Please do not consider me to have any vested interest against the project Paramount Emotions. Believing on the number of amenities and facilities the project is said to have, I really think it is going to be a good project or a better project capable of delivering world class lifestyle. By this I just meant that only to state that investing on an upcoming project is always a gamble and you will gain if luck stands at your side.
